GOLDEN FIREWORKS FOR OUR VERY OWN FOURTH OF JULY!
Well, at last they are here - 3 strapping lads and 2 lovely lassies. In addition, sadly we lost two pups, one little girl was still born and a little boy was undeveloped and weak. Though we tried for almost two hours, we were not able to save him.
Kelly Ann is fine and doing a splendid job as mama - she is so proud of her little ones and is a wonderful mom.
God bless Christine - she was amazing and a canine midwifery godsend. We could not have done it so easily without the fourth member of the Gretna team - wonderful Suz - our recorder and champion of the exhausted. My love to both.

Kelly Ann looks SO proud (and relaxed!). Those are lucky pups to have such a sweet mama. I look forward to daily pictures of "The Firecracker Five".
