TOPPING THE SCALES AT......

There's no doubt that the pups are thriving and gaining weight. But, we thought you might be interested in seeing just how the little ones are packing on the lbs.  You will notice that Gold Boy tops the scale at 3.8 lbs, not bad for the youngest in the litter.

Here are our Bantam and Heavy weight contenders, with just 3.5 ounces separating them.

  1. Goldy looked like the heftiest of the group with his broad head and chunky rear. Wasn't clear who was second. But what about the rest of the quintet? I can't get the link with the weights to work. The suspense is enormous.

  2. Woops - Do try the link again - have just changed the google docs setting to allow greater access. Let me know if it works!

  3. Got it now -- the Puppy Olympics. Green is really making a move, narrowing that gap with his brothers. They are all converging -- the weight gap (max - min) at 15 days (3.5 oz) is less than the weight gap at birth (4 oz) and the relative gap is considerably less. Go puppies.

  4. The matrix clearly illustrates that they are ALL chowhounds. "Personal Best" award goes to Pink Girl, who packed on 4 1/2 oz in one day (Day 13 - Day 14).

  5. I thought you would get a kick out of the weight stakes. Maybe we should take wagers! From now on, weight is recorded on a weekly basis.
