PUPPY SOCIALIZATION & ETIQUETTE

 At this stage of their development, the pups are feeling theirs oats and engaging in group activities and coming to grips, often literally, with canine socialization norms within the pack.  Boundaries need to be delimited, appropriate behaviours need to be learned and the pecking order needs to be established.

Sometimes there's a lot to be said for biting a soft toy;  for one thing, .it doesn't bite back!

  1. Question: Do the girls tend to play with the girls disproportionately (or is that just a function of non-random pics)? Just wondering.

  2. The bottom line is that all tails and ears taste the same when bitten! They don't seem to show any gender preference. It never ceases to amaze us when little Pinkie takes on Big Goldie.
